Anthony Tiltges has a diversified work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Anthony has held the role of Vice President of Operations at Nippon Paint Automotive Americas, Inc. since March 2018.
Prior to this, from 2011 to 2018, Anthony worked at BASF where they held various positions. From August 2014 to March 2018, they served as the Operations Manager responsible for day-to-day operations and the development and implementation of long-term strategic goals in the Health & Nutrition division. Anthony also managed production managers, process engineers, chemists, and maintenance coordinators, with a focus on safety, quality, and costs.
From January 2012 to August 2014, Anthony worked as the Production Superintendent in charge of all aspects of the production operation, including team management, maintenance coordination, production scheduling, and resource coordination. Additionally, from June 2011 to January 2012, they served as the Area Lead, Extraction, overseeing the extraction and separation of materials used in the production of Vitamin E.
Before joining BASF, Anthony worked at NB Coatings from February 2008 to June 2011. As the Process Quality Manager, they led the Quality Division and was responsible for ensuring product and service quality and reducing customer debits by 50% over two years.
Earlier in their career, from February 2003 to February 2008, Anthony worked at Rohm and Haas. Anthony held the position of Technical Service Supervisor, managing a team of 16 Technical Service employees and focusing on projects vital to the business. Anthony also served as a Senior Technical Service Representative from June 2001 to February 2003, where they successfully improved customer perception for a failing account, increased business and market share, and mentored new representatives. Throughout their career, Anthony demonstrated their ability to lead teams, improve customer relations, and deliver results.
Anthony Tiltges pursued their education at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1996 to 2001. During this period, they studied Chemical Engineering, focusing on the field of Engineering. Anthony successfully completed their degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
