Jesse Fritcher

Jesse Fritcher has a diverse range of experience in the automotive and coatings industry. They began their career as a Chemist at Nippon Bee Research America Inc in 1997, where they worked until 2003. Jesse then joined Morton Nippon Coatings, where they held various roles including Research Chemist, Lead Chemist, and R&D & Technical Transfer Group Leader. In 2008, they joined NB Coatings as a Technical Manager and later served as Director of Quality and Vice President of Technical. Most recently, Jesse has taken on the role of Vice President of Technical at Nippon Paint Automotive Americas, Inc. through 2021. Their extensive experience in technical roles demonstrates their expertise and commitment to the industry.

Jesse Fritcher obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from Indiana University Bloomington, completing the program from 1993 to 1997.
