Joe Luffred

Joe Luffred's most recent work experience is as a retired individual since January 2022. Prior to retirement, they worked as the Plant Operations Director at NPA Coatings Inc. from September 2015 until their retirement. Before that, they were the President and Lead Consultant at LEAP4ward Consulting, LLC from April 2015 to September 2015. Prior to their consulting role, they had an extensive career at Energizer, where they held various positions such as Director of Engineering & Project Management, Director of Engineering, Manager of Equipment Engineering, Plant Manager, Engineering Manager, and Assistant Plant Manager. During their time at Energizer, they led significant projects and implemented multiple product improvement projects at global manufacturing facilities.

Joe Luffred obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, where they studied from 1971 to 1975. Following their undergraduate studies, Joe pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Case Western Reserve University, which they completed between 1978 and 1982.

In addition to their formal education, Joe Luffred obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 1999.
