Ron Parrella

Ron Parrella is a creative and forward-thinking business leader with over 20 years of experience in multiple areas including procurement, product development, commercial sales, strategy, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Procurement at Nippon Paint Automotive Americas, Inc., Ron leads a team responsible for category management and global sourcing strategy. Previously, they held various director-level roles at Ardagh Group and Rexam, driving innovation and managing significant procurement spend. Ron is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
