Amy Strom has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Amy is currently the Director of Client Success at NPact since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the Jewish Federation of North America from July 2018 to April 2021, where they held the position of Senior Manager, CRM Applications. Their responsibilities included managing and coaching developers, evaluating application advancements, and overseeing release management. Before that, Amy had a long tenure at The Saint Paul Foundation, where they served as the Director of Information Technology from January 2011 to February 2017.
