Since our founding in 2002, we have brought a more flexible, relational, and less transactional approach to executive search and talent consulting.

Over 20+ years we have placed hundreds of leaders and supported organizational development and capacity across a range of social movements and missions solving the most pressing challenges we face as a global society.

We center equity in every aspect of our work, and bring deep expertise and a successful track record bringing intersectionally diverse, high-impact leaders forward to enable mission-driven organizations to realize their aspirations for the future. Our team brings diverse professional and lived experience to the challenges we see our clients facing through their evolutions, and a personal commitment to their values and success.
