Joe Stammers

Joe Stammers is currently the Primary Lead Practitioner of Teaching and Learning for NPCAT, where they focus on developing strategic support at the Trust level. With nearly 15 years of experience in education, Joe has held various roles including classroom teacher across all primary and EYFS age ranges, and has taken on subject leadership responsibilities in English, Reading, History, Geography, Science, and P.E. They have also served in multiple leadership capacities, including Teaching and Learning Lead and Assistant Head for Teaching and Learning across two sites. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature as well as a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Primary Teaching from the University of Hull.
