Steve Walker

Steve Walker has over 25 years of experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at Virgin Media O2 since December 2012, Steve oversees the installation and service of residential and small to medium-sized businesses in the North East. Additionally, in the role of Divisional Voice Representative, Steve acts as a liaison between employees and senior leadership, providing confidential feedback. Since July 2022, Steve has also been a Parent Governor at Christ the King Primary School, focusing on behaviors and attendance to ensure a secure learning environment. Previously, Steve held management positions at Lidl GB, where day-to-day store operations were managed, and Mitchells & Butlers PLC, where as General Manager, responsibilities included overseeing late-night bars such as Hollywood Bowl and Flares. Furthermore, Steve operated a part-time sweet delivery business from October 2019 to March 2023.
