NPI Consulting House is a boutique agency based in Austin, TX. We come in when the model is broken, the team can't communicate, the funding dried up, or the doors might close. We find what's actually wrong. We fix it. And when the work is done, you won't need us anymore.

That's the goal. That's always been the goal.

We work with three types of clients. People in active transition who need a thought partner to find their direction. Nonprofits and organizations that need an institutional fix, not just another grant. And development teams that need fractional grant strategy and program capacity.

Every engagement is led by Natalie Poindexter and supported by a team assembled specifically for what you need. Grant strategists, nonprofit experts, fundraisers, project managers, and program developers who have done this work inside real organizations with real stakes.

We have collectively authored over $28 million in awarded grants. Built programs worth $80 million that are still funded and still running without us. Most of us came from corporate, from institutions, from places with every resource imaginable. We know what works at scale because we built things at scale. What we are doing now is a choice. We are taking what works and building it with you, for you, on purpose.

And because we are an intersectional agency, the work doesn't stop at what NPI Consulting House can offer. Our clients gain access to an ecosystem including The Becoming Collective and the Netdue community, where relationship building, peer connection, and cross-industry networks extend what is possible beyond any single engagement.

Grants are one tool. They were never the whole story.

Ready to start? Every engagement begins with either a North Star Session or a VIP Scope Session. No contracts before we scope. That protects you as much as it protects us.
