Mark Hall has extensive work experience, starting as the Director of Information Systems at the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences from 1989 until 1995. Mark then worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Oracle from 1995 to 1997. Mark then joined IDC and held multiple roles, including VP of Global IT from 1997 to 2001 and Program Director of Life Sciences Research from 2002 to 2003. Mark served as the Chief Information Officer at CXO Media from 2003 to 2005 and later founded the CIO Executive Council from IDC, where they worked as the Founder and General Manager from 2003 to 2008. From 2009 to 2013, Mark founded and served as the CEO of xPeerient. Mark then worked as the Chief Technology Officer at NET(net) from 2013 to 2016 before becoming the Founder and Managing Director of Spark Limited SEZC, where they have been working since 2016. Most recently, Mark became the Chief Technology Officer at NPI in September 2021.
Mark Hall attended Brevard College from 1979 to 1981, where they obtained an Associate's degree. Mark then pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music History at The University of Georgia from 1981 to 1983. Mark continued their education at The University of Georgia, completing a Master of Arts in Musicology from 1983 to 1985. Mark then enrolled in Ph.D. Studies in Musicology at the University of Michigan from 1985 to 1986. Mark furthered their studies in Musicology at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 1986 to 1988. Additionally, during the same period, they studied Organ & Harpsichord Performance at Hochschule für Musik - Freiburg, Germany in 1987 and 1988.
