Risk Engineer at nPlan

Taylor Burns has been working in the engineering industry since 2011. Taylor began their career as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Roads and Maritime Services, followed by a role as a Project Support Engineer. In 2014, they moved to Public Works Advisory as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for civil engineering project management. In 2017, they took on the role of Regional Engineering Services Functional Area Coordinator at NSW Engineering Emergency Management, where they provided engineering expertise to assist in the recovery of areas affected by natural disasters. In 2019, they became the Project Engineer - Australian Representative at RiskConsult GmbH, consulting on cost and schedule risk management for large-scale infrastructure projects in Europe, Australia and North America. In 2021, they took on two roles, as a Senior Project Manager at Public Works Advisory, and as a Risk Engineer at nPlan.

Taylor Burns attended the University of Technology Sydney from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and a Diploma of Engineering Practice in Civil Engineering.
