Jordan Monnet

Jordan Monnet has a diverse work experience encompassing roles in various industries. Jordan is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of NR2, a company that specializes in providing data-driven insights on early-stage startups. Prior to this, Jordan served as a Board Director at French Tech Seoul for a period of two years.

Before their current roles, Jordan co-founded and served as the Chief Product Officer at Karakul, a company that was acquired in February 2019. Jordan also worked at Technology Expansion Partners as a Director and Senior Private Equity Analyst, contributing to the company's strategic growth and investment decisions.

Jordan's career began as a Management Consultant & Data Scientist at Cylad Consulting. Jordan also gained research experience in the fields of biophysics at Institut Jacques Monod/CNRS and Institut Curie. Additionally, they worked as a research intern at the Biomolecular Nanomanipulation Laboratory of Institut Jacques Monod/CNRS & University Paris Diderot.

Furthermore, Jordan has been involved in the startup ecosystem as an External Advisor at Startupbootcamp Media & Adtech. Jordan also served as a PhD Researcher in Biophysics at Institut Jacques Monod/CNRS.

Finally, Jordan started their professional journey as an Assistant Researcher at the University of Utah College of Science in the Department of Bioengineering. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong blend of entrepreneurial, analytical, and scientific expertise throughout their career.

Jordan Monnet's education history is as follows:

From 2006 to 2009, Jordan Monnet attended Université Paris Cité and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computational Biology, Molecular Biology, and Biochemistry.

In 2009, Jordan Monnet continued their studies at Université Paris Cité and completed the first year of a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology.

In 2010, Jordan Monnet pursued further studies at Université Paris Cité and completed the second year of a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics applied to biological systems.

Additionally, in 2010, Jordan Monnet also obtained a Diplôme de l'Institut Pasteur in Genome Sciences/Genomics from Institut Pasteur.

From 2011 to 2014, Jordan Monnet attended Centre de Recherche Interdisciplinaire (CRI)/Université Paris VII and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology.

In 2014, Jordan Monnet enrolled at HEC Paris and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Finance.

In 2015, Jordan Monnet also obtained a Leadership certificate from HEC Paris.

In 2016, Jordan Monnet attended Tsinghua University and completed a course in Chinese Language and Literature.

Currently, from 2019 to 2022, Jordan Monnet is pursuing a Korean Language and Culture program at Yonsei University.
