Amanda Leclercq has extensive experience in procurement and asset management, currently serving in the role of Achats & Gestion licences at NRB for the Service Public de Wallonie since April 2016. In this position, Amanda manages the equipment plan, including the annual planning and monitoring of user PC replacements, as well as budget tracking. Prior to this, Amanda held the title of Purchase Manager at Trasys from April 2002 to April 2016 and worked as an IT Purchaser and in assets management at Tractebel Engineering from April 1991 to April 2002.
