Luc B. possesses extensive experience in IT architecture and consulting, currently serving as an IT Architect and Technical Consultant at NRB since January 2016. Previously, Luc B. worked as a Senior System Engineer at Computacenter from February 2013 to December 2015, and as an IT Services Operation Servers Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals from 2005 to March 2015. In this role, Luc B. was pivotal in transitioning to an ITIL-based organization and managed operational activities for servers, backups, virtualization, and storage. Prior experience includes system engineering roles at The SWAT Agency SA, Bruxelles-proprete, and Sony ITE, with a foundational education obtained at Institut Saint-André Charleroi from 1994 to 1997.
