Pascal Goossens

Pascal Goossens has extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as the Strategic & Complex Deals Director at NRB since April 2008, where responsibilities include managing the SPW account, NRB's second largest client, along with overseeing other Walloon public institutions. Previous roles at NRB encompassed Director positions in Public - Social - Energy & Utilities and Account Management within the Public & Social Sector, as well as positions as Bid Manager and Project Manager focused on public sector projects. Prior to NRB, Pascal held the position of Bid/Programme Manager in the Public Sector at THALES and served as IT Consultant and Business Development Manager for E-Government at CEDITI S.A. Educational qualifications include a Master Degree in Computer Science from Université de Namur and a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
