Patrick Sonoo

Patrick Sonoo has extensive experience in IT management and system administration, currently serving as Configuration Management Owner at NRB since 1999, where responsibilities include managing over 60,000 Configuration Items (CIs) and ensuring data synchronization from various sources. Previous roles at NRB include Disaster Recovery Coordinator, Change Management Owner, Capacity Analyst, and Mail & Collaboration Tools Team Leader, focusing on ITIL compliance, process alignment, and tool development. Patrick also has experience as a System Administrator at ATOS and Nagelmackers, and served as a Géomètre in the military.
