Sarah Thiry

Sarah Thiry is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and internal communication. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at NRB since January 2015, Sarah has held various roles within the company, including Head of Talent Acquisition and Mobility and HR Business Partner. Sarah specializes in designing and implementing HR solutions aligned with the company’s strategic goals and advising on collective and individual decisions. Prior to NRB, Sarah worked as a freelance communication consultant and interim manager, with roles at Makro Cash & Carry België and Infrabel, among others. Sarah's career began with a focus on internal communication at ArcelorMittal and Randstad, where skills in developing communication plans and training programs were honed. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Languages and Communication from Université catholique de Louvain, as well as a degree in Translation from Université de Mons-Hainaut.
