Thomas Geus is an experienced professional in business development and human resources, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Energy & Utilities at NRB since September 2023, where strategic management of IT and technical talent for major projects is a primary focus. As the Founder and Administrator of HR&Technics, established in February 2022, Thomas specializes in HR consulting, optimizing staffing strategies, and bridging business transformation with human resources. Previously, Thomas held the position of Business Manager Belux at Anywr from September 2022 to August 2023, leading business development and recruitment management efforts in international talent mobility. Additional experience includes serving as Sales Manager for Brabant-Wallon, Namur & Hainaut at Logi-technic, overseeing business growth and HR alignment, and as a Business Consultant in Engineering - Technical Sales at Gentis Recruitment, managing comprehensive recruitment processes.
