Michael Silva began their work experience in 2012 at Ping4 Inc., where they initially worked as a Marketing Associate. In this role, they worked with international reps to develop marketing strategies, conducted sales calls and webinars with potential customers, developed marketing campaign proposals, and created a competitive intelligence program for sales and marketing preparedness. Michael then moved on to become a Senior Account Executive, where their responsibilities included developing and implementing account plans, identifying customer needs, building relationships with new customers, and preparing sales proposals and contracts.

In 2016, Michael joined Nrby, Inc. as the Director of Sales and Marketing Operations. Michael was responsible for managing the sales and marketing operations of the company. In addition, they served as the Director of Client Success, where they led the efforts to streamline the process of capturing, visualizing, and sharing location-specific information to empower organizations in making location-intelligent decisions.

In 2017, they also took on the role of Senior Sales Engineer at Nrby, Inc., utilizing their technical expertise to support the sales team.

Michael's work experience includes roles in marketing, sales, client success, and sales engineering, with a focus on developing strategies, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Michael Silva completed their high school education in Communication and Media Studies at Dracut Senior High School from 2006 to 2009. Michael then attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. During their time at Southern New Hampshire University, Michael studied Communications as well as Business Administration & Marketing. In 2011, they had the opportunity to study abroad at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy, where they focused on Communications, Business Administration & Marketing for a brief period. Additionally, Michael obtained a certification in Email Marketing from the institution HubSpot in December 2019.
