Caleb Plott, MPP, currently serves as a Member Services Manager and Finance Coordinator at the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) since January 2022. Prior to this, Caleb gained experience as a Congressional Intern in the offices of Rep. Markwayne Mullin and Rep. Steven Palazzo from September 2021 to January 2022 and January 2021 to May 2021, respectively. From June 2015 to March 2021, Caleb worked at Panera Bread as an Associate Trainer and held the position of Senior Office Assistant at The University of Southern Mississippi's Office of Orientation and Transition Programs from August 2018 to March 2020. Caleb holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from George Mason University - Schar School of Policy and Government and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a History Minor from The University of Southern Mississippi. Caleb also graduated with an Advanced Technical Diploma from West Springfield High School in 2016.
