Jill Byers

Jill Byers is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Regional Finance Director at the NRCC since August 2023. Previously, Jill worked for the United States Senate as part of Republican Whip John Thune's team for a brief period in 2023. Jill's background includes various roles at Lilly & Company, where significant contributions were made as an Account Executive from March 2021 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes positions in the U.S. House of Representatives, where responsibilities ranged from interning for Kay Granger to handling constituent communications. Additional roles include a Training Specialist/Fundraiser at TCU Office of Advancements, and internships with the Office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott, demonstrating a solid foundation in political and finance sectors. Education includes a Political Science degree from Texas Christian University and a study abroad program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid focused on History and Politics.
