Karli Plucker

Karli Plucker is a Senior Director in the NRCC Finance Department, where they manage the Member Giving and Major Donor Programs. They previously served as a Director of Operations and Deputy Chief of Staff in the U.S. House of Representatives, overseeing staff and projects to support the Chair of the Energy and Commerce Committee. Karli began their career with internships at Home Life Inc. and the U.S. House of Representatives, where they developed skills in administration and constituent relations. They earned a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University in 2020.
