Robby Dean

Robby Dean is currently serving as a Special Assistant to the NRCC Chairman, having joined the organization in 2025. They gained diverse experience in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2023, where they were a Legislative Intern, Legislative Correspondent, and Staff Assistant for Congressman Patrick McHenry and Congressman Pat Harrigan. Prior to this, Robby worked as Field Staff for Pat Harrigan for Congress from 2023 to 2024 and as a Caddie at Columbia Country Club from 2018 to 2022. Robby graduated from Gonzaga College High School in 2020 and is pursuing a degree in Politics and International Affairs at Wake Forest University, expected to graduate in 2024.
