Tom Erickson is a seasoned GOP consultant and ad maker, currently serving as Vice President at The Hereford Agency since 2025. Previously, Tom held several significant roles including Deputy Director of Political Development at Americans for Prosperity (2021-2022), Communications Director for U.S. Congressman Erik Paulsen (2010-2012), and Campaign Manager for Kristi Noem for Congress (2012). Tom has also co-founded the MN Jobs Coalition and served as Executive Assistant to the Majority Caucus in the Minnesota House of Representatives (2015-2018). Tom earned a degree from the University of St. Thomas, having attended from 2002 to 2005.
