Amy T. has extensive experience in member benefit engagement and services, currently serving as the Senior Director at NRECA since November 2007. In this role, Amy T. leads a team to develop innovative communication strategies related to various NRECA group insurance plans and works collaboratively with business partners to ensure effective implementation across multiple platforms.
