Dan Riedinger is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media relations and public policy promotion. Currently serving as Senior Communications Manager at NRECA since October 2015, Dan leverages a comprehensive range of media skills to advocate for the nation’s 900 not-for-profit electric cooperatives. Previously, Dan worked as a Communications Consultant for independent projects, and held various roles at the Edison Electric Institute, including Manager of Media Relations, where significant media presence was established through appearances on major national networks. Additionally, Dan served as an Executive Assistant and Staff Writer for the U.S. Congress, focusing on environmental and energy issues. Dan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Kenyon College.
