David Spradlin

David previously worked as the director at Solar Electric Power Association from January 1994 to October 2014. Prior to that, they were employed at Springer Electric Cooperative, Inc. David Spradlin has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the electric industry and is an asset to NRECA.
