Heather Dyson, CAPM, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Quality and Training at NRECA, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on proactive training and quality programs, conducting quality reviews, and maintaining departmental operations. With extensive experience in project management, including roles as Sr. Project Manager and Sr. Business Analyst Specialist, Heather has successfully planned and executed medium to large technology and business projects, developed business requirements, and collaborated with various business units. Prior to NRECA, Heather held positions at Nationwide and Famous Footwear, gaining skills in quality assurance, data analysis, and retail management. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a BBA from Nebraska Wesleyan University, complemented by an Associate of Applied Science from Southeast Community College.
