Katie Culleton

Katie Culleton currently serves as the Legislative Affairs Director for Broadband and Telecommunications at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), focusing on legislative matters affecting rural electric cooperatives. Previous roles include Senior Policy Advisor to U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, managing key legislative portfolios such as financial services and telecommunications, and Senior Legislative Assistant to Congressman Roger Marshall, where Katie oversaw multiple legislative areas including transportation and cyber security. Additional experience includes positions as Washington Administrative Director for Congressman Steve Chabot and a Congressional and International Relations Assistant at The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty. Katie's background encompasses internships with the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Commission, World Relief Minnesota, and the U.S. Department of State, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies from Taylor University.
