Lacy Packard

Lacy Packard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in membership management and information technology. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Association Applications at NRECA since July 2021, Lacy previously held various key roles at the American Association for Justice from July 2012 to July 2021, culminating in the position of Director of Information Technology. Lacy's earlier experience includes managing member services at the Security Industry Association and serving as a Field Director for a political campaign. Lacy holds a Master's degree in Political Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Oklahoma State University.
