Steven Laune

Steven Laune possesses extensive experience in the insurance and benefits management sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Retirement Plan Operations at NRECA since April 2013. In this role, Steven oversees the Member Contact Center and Employee Benefit Services, managing eligibility processing and the distribution of significant insurance and pension billing for 1,000 member cooperatives. Prior experience includes positions at Dell Services as Delivery Director for Insurance Administration and Senior Manager, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery for multiple insurance carriers and client relationship management. Steven also held the role of Program Manager at Physicians Mutual, focusing on business process design and data integration, and served as Vice President of Customer Service and Claims at Mutual of Omaha. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Dana College in 1980.
