Nicklas Witten

Nicklas Witten is an experienced asset manager currently working at Nrep since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nicklas served as a Senior Asset Manager at SF Management ApS from January 2021 to April 2023 and previously held the position of Asset Manager at the same company. Nicklas also worked at EDC Poul Erik Bech from January 2013 to January 2021, where responsibilities included Head of Leasing and Commercial Real Estate Agent, in addition to being a Real Estate Agent and Buyer’s Agent. Earlier experience includes a position as a Student Assistant at Nykredit Markets from August 2011 to April 2013. Nicklas holds multiple degrees, including a Diploma of Valuation and Property Investment from Erhvervsakademiet Lillebælt, an AP Degree in Financial Advice from Zealand - Sjællands Erhvervsakademi, and an AP Graduate in Financial Management from Copenhagen Business Academy, complemented by a background in International Business from Køge Handelsskole.
