Rickard Dahlberg is the founder of South Bay AB and the co-founder of NREP/Urban Partners. They are the co-founder and owner of Nrep, a role begun in 2005, and founded South Bay in 2023 as an investment firm focused on early-stage technology and impact-oriented companies and innovative real estate solutions in the Nordic region. They previously worked at GE Capital (2004–2006) as Manager JV's, Loans & Transactions and at DTZ (1998–2004) as Project Manager. They earned a BSc in Construction Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology (1992–1995) and an MSc in Real Estate, Finance from Cass Business School (1997–1998).
