Tony Spring

Tony Spring currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Macy's, a position held since 2021, following roles as President and CEO-Elect and Executive Vice President. Additionally, Tony holds the chairmanship at the NRF Foundation since 2022 and serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Hospital for Special Surgery. As a long-standing board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation since 2002, Tony has contributed significantly to various organizations. Previously, Tony had an extensive career at Bloomingdale's from 1990 to 2023, where achievements included Chairman and CEO, President and COO, and various senior vice president roles in marketing and store management. Tony began the professional journey at Bloomingdale's in 1987 as a department manager and executive trainee. Tony earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University between 1983 and 1987.
