Candace Epps

Candace Epps has extensive experience in digital marketing and customer service management. Currently serving as a Digital Marketing Manager at NRG Energy since January 2021, Candace oversees digital marketing requests for multiple brand websites. Prior to this role, Candace supported home protection through social media marketing at NRG Energy and held the position of Digital Care Manager following a company merger. At Direct Energy, Candace has been a Digital Care Supervisor and Operations Manager for Chat and Social Media, focusing on improving customer relationships and satisfaction. Candace’s career began at Dish Network, where roles ranged from Technical Service Representative to Quality Assurance Supervisor over a twelve-year span. Candace is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at The University of Arizona Global Campus.
