NRG Haus is a modern recovery and social wellness destination built to support good energy in an always-on world. We combine contrast therapy, functional alcohol-free beverages, and intentional social spaces to help people nourish their bodies, recharge their nervous systems, and gather with others in meaningful ways.

At the core of the NRG Haus experience is contrast therapy — alternating heat and cold exposure through state-of-the-art saunas and immersive cold plunges. Heat supports circulation, muscle relaxation, and stress regulation, while cold immersion enhances alertness, recovery, and resilience. Our cold plunge features a large LED screen that creates a focused visual environment, helping guests regulate breath, stay present, and safely extend their comfort. Guests may complete multiple contrast rounds, either freely during off-peak hours or within guided sessions led by trained staff.

NRG Haus also features a functional, alcohol-free lounge offering thoughtfully designed mocktails and beverages formulated to support hydration, recovery, focus, and balance. Built around mineral replenishment, adaptogenic ingredients, and clean inputs, these drinks provide the social experience of a bar without the physiological cost of alcohol. The lounge serves as a natural transition from recovery to connection.

Guided experiences are available during peak hours and special programming. These sessions structure the contrast flow and may include breath control, mobility, and strength-based elements within the sauna, pairing movement with heat exposure to support performance and recovery.

Beyond individual sessions, NRG Haus hosts community programming and social events, including DJ nights, member gatherings, and private or corporate bookings — offering an elevated, alcohol-free alternative to traditional nightlife. Through memberships, day passes, and events, NRG Haus brings science-backed recovery and genuine human connection together in one intentional space.
