Erwin Plasse

Erwin Plasse has extensive experience in engineering and operations, currently serving as a Senior Process Operator at NRG’s High Flux Reactor since June 2015, collaborating with colleagues to oversee reactor operations. Prior to this role, Erwin was a Sales Engineer at Seed Processing Holland BV from November 2013 to June 2015, where responsibilities included creating technical sales drawings and providing customer support on technical matters. Between November 2011 and November 2013, Erwin worked as a Werkvoorbereider at Compri Aluminium, managing quotes, directing production staff, and handling procurement and contract negotiations. Erwin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Technische bedrijfskunde from INHOLLAND Alkmaar and a MTS+ in Electrical Installation Technology from ROC Den Helder.
