Peter Ruiter

Peter Ruiter is an experienced professional in the field of nuclear safety and radiation protection, currently serving as a Policy Officer at NRG since December 2018, with prior roles such as Deputy Radiation Protection Expert and Manager of Nuclear Safety Laboratories. From December 2017 to November 2018, Peter worked as a Senior Medewerker at the Autoriteit Nucleaire Veiligheid en Stralingsbescherming (ANVS). Peter’s career at NRG began in 2007, encompassing roles as a Radiation Protection Consultant and Trainer in Radiation Protection. Additionally, Peter has experience as a Radiographer at OLVG from 2003 to 2007. Peter's educational background includes advanced studies in Radiation Protection and a degree from the University of Amsterdam.
