Wouter Kalf

Wouter Kalf is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at NRG since September 2022, Wouter previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Curium Pharma from January 2017, overseeing HR for the Netherlands and Northern Europe. Prior to Curium, Wouter was a Human Resources Manager at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals from April 2009 to January 2017 and held similar managerial roles at Plymovent and Nestle Purina. Wouter's career began as an HR Business Partner at Honing Merkartikelen BV (HMA) and includes significant contributions to the field of human resources since 1996. Wouter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 1989.
