Catherine Eder

Catherine Eder has extensive experience in leadership roles primarily at the European Patent Office since 2010, holding positions including Director of Customer Journey for SMEs & Micro-entities, Director of Business Transformation, and Director of Quality and Risk Management. Catherine has also been involved in various initiatives such as implementing the Single Patent Process and enhancing internal communications and change management. Additionally, Catherine serves as a Flow Game Host at Flowgame.net, an Inner Development Goals catalyst with the Inner Development Goals initiative, and a Fellow at nRhythm, focusing on regenerative practices. Prior experience includes significant roles at BP, including Managing Director of BP Retail France, and as a Finance Controller at the European Space Agency. Catherine holds a degree in Finance & Control de Gestion from EM Strasbourg Business School.
