Ashwin R has a diverse background in engineering and management, particularly in the fields of power electronics and electric vehicle technology. Ashwin R began with an internship at Power System Operation Corporation Ltd and later held several key positions at Ashok Leyland, initially as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and subsequently as Deputy Manager in Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Technology, where significant contributions included improving e-bus efficiency and leading successful projects using Six Sigma methodologies. Ashwin R also worked at Switch Mobility in research and development, where notable achievements included designing power electronic components and driving cost-saving initiatives. Recently, Ashwin R has served as Deputy Senior Consultant at NRI (Nomura Research Institute), complementing a robust academic foundation that includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and ongoing postgraduate studies in Operations and Supply Chain at SPJIMR.
