Jeff Cooper

Jeff Cooper is an accomplished leader with over 28 years of experience in creating and managing high-performance teams, specializing in Operations Management, Client Services, Project Management, and Fiscal Responsibility. Previously serving as Director of Client Success at Sierra-Cedar from 2006 to 2021, Jeff oversaw project and resource management for over 52 clients and a budget of $5 million. After that, Jeff worked as a Senior Client Success Manager at Rimini Street, contributing to significant client savings and service enhancements, and is currently the Director of Services, Client Success at NRI North America, previously Core BTS, where they develop business and IT operations to strengthen client trust. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from The University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA in Information Technology from Texas Christian University.
