Joyce Sun

JOYCE Sun has a strong background in operations management and process leadership. JOYCE started their career in 2003 at GE Capital, where they worked as a Process Leader for Japan Business. JOYCE was responsible for projects such as Core COE for GE Capital Japan Credit Management and Mortgage. In 2007, they moved on to Genpact Mortgage Services as a Process Leader, where they played a key role in the Novatis Project and Process Leadership for procurement. Since 2012, they have been working at Nomura Research Institute as a Director of Operations, overseeing operation management and daily review.
