Brad Walter

Brad Walter serves as Media Manager for the International Rugby League since May 2022 and holds the position of Senior Journalist and Media Manager at the National Rugby League since October 2016. Walter has extensive experience in sports journalism, including roles as Digital Content Consultant for Radio Sport NZ, Media Specialist for the Rugby League World Cup 2017, and Media Consultant for South Sydney Rabbitohs. Notably, Walter was the Chief Rugby League Reporter for the Sydney Morning Herald from 2000 to 2016, contributing in-depth analysis and regular columns. Walter also engaged audiences as a Rugby League Contributor on various shows across multiple radio platforms. Educationally, Walter holds a Journalism Certificate from Victoria University of Wellington and completed high school at Figtree High School in New South Wales.
