Cara Stagg

Cara Stagg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Cara started their career as a Consultant at Optimum Consulting Group in 2011. Cara then worked as a Recruitment Administrator and later as an HR & Recruitment Coordinator at Clough Downer Joint Venture from 2012 to 2014. Cara then joined Animal Logic as an HR Operations professional from 2014 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been with the National Rugby League, starting as a People & Culture Advisor and progressing to roles such as People & Culture Business Partner, Senior People & Culture Business Partner, and currently serving as the Head of People & Culture. In their current role, they oversee various aspects of HR, including leading the Diversity & Inclusion Strategy to align with strategic and commercial business objectives.

Cara Stagg completed their education at the University of Southern Queensland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Management & Leadership. Cara'seducation at this institution lasted until 2015. Cara also holds a certification in Bachelor of Business, however, the institution, month, and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
