Dylan Hides

Dylan Hides is an experienced professional in the sports management sector, currently serving as General Manager at the National Rugby League since April 2018, having previously held roles as Senior Manager of Strategy and Projects and Project Manager within the same organization. Prior to rejoining the National Rugby League, Dylan worked as a Strategy Consultant at The Gemba Group from November 2014 to March 2018. Dylan's early career at the National Rugby League spanned nearly a decade, where positions included Coach Education Manager, National Coaching Coordinator, State Development Manager for Victoria, and Development Officer. Dylan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong, and a Bachelor of Education in Physical and Health Education from the University of Wollongong, complemented by a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from HBA Learning.
