Max Bear is a seasoned sports development professional with a diverse background in various leagues and educational environments. Currently serving as a Game Development Officer for the National Rugby League in Port Macquarie since May 2022, Max focuses on coordinating local school competitions and expanding participation. Previous roles include Development Coordinator at AFL - Australian Football League, where programming was delivered in schools and communities, and Development Officer at Cricket NSW, delivering cricket programs within educational and club settings.
