Joe Roche is the Chief Financial Officer for both the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association and the Portland Cement Association. They previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the National 4-H Council from 2012 to 2020 and were the President of Roche & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, from 1991 to 2012. Joe earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The Catholic University of America between 1980 and 1983.
