Scott Ukrop

Scott Ukrop serves as the Managing Director at NRV, an early-stage venture firm since 2015, where the focus is on providing counsel, connections, and capital to purpose-driven founders. In addition, Scott holds various leadership roles including Chair of the Board of Directors at CAV Angels, Advisory Board Member for Cust2Mate NASDAQ AZ and Tigeraire, and Board Member for Threads Uniform Agency. Scott also serves as a Board Observer for multiple companies such as Iron Sheepdog, Murphy's Naturals, Ignik Outdoors, and Shenandoah Valley Organic - Farmer Focus, and is a Board Advisor for NourishCult. Scott earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BBA from William & Mary.
