Eric Low

Eric Low has a strong background in human resources with experience in various industries and roles. Eric is currently the VP HR Regional Head Offices at NS BlueScope, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Carlsberg Group as the Director of Human Resources in Singapore from May 2018 to January 2023, and also served as the Business HR Manager & OE from September 2016 to April 2018. Eric was the Global Business HR Manager at Shell from July 2015 to September 2016, and the HR Manager of Group Projects at TCC from March 2015 to June 2015. Eric also worked at Mondelēz International as the Commercial HR Manager from April 2012 to September 2013, and at Standard Chartered Bank as the Country Talent Manager from October 2011 to April 2012. Before that, they held various roles at British American Tobacco, including Commercial HR Development Manager from June 2009 to September 2011, Commercial HR Manager from May 2008 to May 2009, Supply Chain HR Business Partner from August 2006 to April 2008, and Management Trainee HR from August 2004 to July 2006. Overall, Eric Low has extensive experience in HR management and business partnering in diverse organizations.

Eric Low attended the University of Malaya from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. In April 2021, Eric became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner through a program delivered by CMC Partnership Global. Furthermore, in November 2021, they completed a Systems Thinking certification from LinkedIn. Most recently, in January 2022, Eric obtained a certification titled "Thinking, Fast and Slow (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn.
